Nikolai left school having achieved impressive GCSE results and decided to jump straight into the working world and excelled within the hospitality industry. His exceptional work ethic, interpersonal skills, communication, and problem-solving abilities caught the attention of Rainer, who recruited him.

Since joining IDAD in February 2022, Nikolai has developed his skills and achieved promotions quickly. He has gained responsibility for processing the day-to-day deal flow of our products and managing relationships with Platforms, Life Companies and Advisory Firms.

Nikolai also assists in the settlement and clearing side of the business and plays a pivotal role in the South Africa business.
