Alina Pascu

Compliance Associate

Alina Pascau has joined as a Compliance Associate, where she supports a wide range of day-to-day compliance activities, including assisting with regulatory adherence, internal policy monitoring, documentation reviews, and contributing to the maintenance of effective compliance controls. She also helps support ongoing compliance processes such as data checks, basic risk and issue tracking, and coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure standards are consistently met.

Originally from Romania, she spent several years living in Italy before relocating to the United Kingdom seven years ago to pursue her studies. She has a strong academic background in law, having studied Law at the University of Portsmouth, followed by completion of the LPC alongside a master’s degree at the University of Law.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading and travelling, particularly visiting new places and experiencing different cultures.
