Andy has over 28 years varied experience in the financial industry, initially working as a Financial Adviser and Pension Transfer Specialist in the UK, the past 20 years has been in senior business development roles, working with leading UK and International companies promoting products and developing relationships with financial advisers and institutions across the globe.

For just 14 years, Andy has specialised in delivering structured solutions to financial advisers and institutional clients with IDAD. Responsible for the development of both retail and institutional business with key accounts internationally, Andy brings with him a wide range of cross asset structuring experience which ensures delivery of the correct solution to clients.
