Operations Specialist

Jack is an Operations Specialist at IDAD. He supports the day to day trade flows and wider operational processes. He is now more closely involved with the UK side of the business, providing operational support across daily workflows and helping ensure smooth and accurate processing. During his time in the team, Jack has contributed to improving workflows and enhancing operational efficiency, while continuing to broaden his knowledge across the full operational landscape.
