Lorraine joined IDAD in June 2018, bringing with her 11 years of accountancy experience in the non-financial sector, as well as valuable expertise gained from her previous role as a Company Secretary.

In addition to her extensive knowledge and contributions to IDAD’s finance function, Lorraine has taken on responsibility for HR, playing a key role in supporting the organisation’s growth and ensuring the smooth management of its people operations. She oversees payroll, compliance, and employee relations, while also driving initiatives that promote employee wellbeing and development.

Lorraine’s dual role as Head of HR and Accounts Manager highlights her ability to balance the financial and human elements of the business, making her an integral part of IDAD’s continued success.
