After 10 years in retail management, Emily took the step into Head Office Retail Operations. There, she studied CIMA and moved into a finance position. Emily joined IDAD in 2021, where she developed her skills in the financial investment world with support from the Operations team. Since then, she has progressed into her role as Compliance Manager, where she oversees the implementation of compliance programmes, ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, and supports the organisation in maintaining ethical standards. Emily’s role involves conducting risk assessments, monitoring policies, and working closely with teams to promote transparency and accountability across all operations.
