Debbie has over 30 years’ experience in Corporate and Retail Banking at a senior level with Barclays Bank in the UK and the UAE and latterly with Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, UAE, where she was the first woman to hold a banking licence for an Islamic bank in the Middle East.

Debbie holds a number of professional qualifications from The Chartered Institute of Bankers. She has considerable experience working with high value portfolios as well as leading large sales and service teams across all banking sectors. Debbie is based at IDAD’s Head Office in the UK and is responsible for business development overseas and for maintaining and retaining valued relationships.
